Instructions to the Government concern expanding the use of digital technology in designing, building and managing buildings and structures, as well as involving schoolchildren and university students in the academic and technological activity of organisations that are part of innovation-driven research and technology centres.
Instructions to the Government in conjunction with the Presidential Executive Office with the involvement of the Russian Society of Political Scientists, the Russian Association of Political Science and participants of the National Forum of Young Political Scientists “Digoria” concern drafting guidelines for a set of Social Science textbooks to be used in implementing state-accredited primary and secondary general education curricula. This instruction also covers the need to take into account the experience of conducting a cycle of Talking of What Matters extracurricular classes and the importance of using these classes to review matters of national identity of the peoples of Russia and the value-based and worldview foundations of the Russian state, as well as Russia's place in the world.
Instructions for the Government and Lomonosov Moscow State University concern hosting, as part of the Decade of Science and Technology in Russia, the Science 0+ Festival in friendly countries, primarily the ones that have Moscow State University branches and involving representatives of business circles in this festival. The Government, in conjunction with Moscow State University, was also instructed, as part of implementing a roadmap for developing Quantum Technologies end-to-end digital technology, to submit proposals concerning the creation of an interuniversity quantum communication network and the involvement of undergraduate and postgraduate students of leading Russian higher educational institutions and research organisations in its work.
The Russian Federation Government, in conjunction with the Moscow City Government, was instructed to take measures to implement, in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, Moscow's best practices of holding hackathons among teams of young engineers and programmers to create technology projects.
The Ministry of Science and Higher Education, with the participation of Pskov State University, was instructed to organise educational events (“winter university”) on engineering science priorities for students at higher education institutions that have advanced engineering schools in their organisations, and at higher education institutions of the Republic of Belarus.
Instructions for the Ministry of Education, in conjunction with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the Ministry of Culture and the Russian Society Znaniye concern the support of the winners of the National education project Smart Cinema, including in part concerning screening of films that were created as part of this project in general education organisations and cinemas.
It was recommended that the Moscow City Government, in conjunction with Lomonosov Moscow State University, develop and implement a concept for comprehensive improvement of the University on Vorobyovy Gory’s grounds as part of preparations for celebrating the 270th anniversary of Moscow State University while taking into account the opinion of its undergraduate and postgraduate students.
